Long Trail Engineering was founded in 2008 and is located in Manchester, Vermont. We are a civil engineering practice focused on practical, buildable solutions for homeowners, landowners, and small developers.

Professional Profile
Frank became a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in 2002 and founded Long Trail Engineering in 2008. With over 25 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, he has managed projects ranging from single-family homes to large scale commercial developments, ski areas, and multi-lot subdivisions.
His technical expertise includes water source development, wastewater system design, stormwater management, erosion prevention, roadway design, and environmental due diligence. Frank is also highly experienced in navigating federal, state, and local permitting processes, including Act 250.
